Upgrade कैसे करें

MailG Sheets में फिर खोलें ताकि account refresh new limit pick up करे।

Subscription cancel या update

Subscription / pricing flow से linked Stripe customer portal से cancel या change कर सकते हैं।

Mid-cycle cancel पर Premium features paid period end तक active
Cancellation effective होने के बाद charge नहीं

रिफंड

Purchase के 30 days के अंदर Premium subscription cancel करें तो [email protected] email कर full refund request कर सकते हैं।

इनवॉइस

Stripe successful payments के receipts email करता है। Subscription management portal से invoices download भी कर सकते हैं।

सामान्य FAQ

क्या MailG Google Workspace में included है?
नहीं। MailG Google से independent है। Workspace subscription MailG include नहीं करता।

कौन से payment methods accept?
Major cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay Stripe के ज़रिए। PayPal supported नहीं।

Pay किया लेकिन free limit / watermark अभी दिखता है
Almost always email mismatch। Checkout email = Sheets account email confirm करें, फिर ऐड-ऑन reopen। Persist हो तो दोनों emails support को भेजें।

Free Gmail ~500 emails/day पर limited क्यों?
MailG Professional 1,500/day allow कर सकता है, लेकिन Google free @gmail.com ~500 sends/day limit करता है। Workspace accounts higher जा सकते हैं। Gmail provider limit है, MailG limit नहीं।
