Remove MailG branding
Hide the MailG watermark with the Remove branding option on paid plans.
Free campaigns may include a small MailG watermark in the email footer. Paid subscribers can turn it off.
How to remove branding
- Confirm you have an active paid plan (Personal, Professional, or Lifetime).
- Open the campaign sidebar.
- Enable Remove branding.
- Preview a row to confirm the watermark is gone, then send.
If branding still appears after you paid:
- Make sure checkout used the same email as your Google Sheets account
- Re-open the add-on so it refreshes entitlements from the API
- Contact [email protected] with your Google account email
