Dialog load नहीं होता

Could not reach the MailG API

Start dialog MailG backend call नहीं कर सका।

• Online confirm करें
• Marketplace installs: moment wait करें और 🚀 Start reopen
• Self-hosted: Apps Script properties APP_URL (public HTTPS) और APP_API_KEY check
• ऐड-ऑन localhost use नहीं कर सकता — local API testing के लिए tunnel

Could not read your sheet

MailG active spreadsheet read fail।

• Sheet tab open हो (केवल Apps Script editor नहीं)
• Spreadsheet reload, फिर dialog reopen
• File पर edit access confirm

Loading… never finishes

Dialog close, Sheets refresh, Extensions ~15 seconds wait, फिर 🚀 Start again.

खाली sheet

No email address found in your sheet

MailG को कम से कम एक column valid email addresses चाहिए।

• Header के अंतर्गत emails add, या Fill with mock data click
• Mock data Email, First Name, Last Name, Company बनाता है और अक्सर My First Template

टेम्पलेट

• Create: Creating Template... → Template created successfully! or Failed to create template! Try again later.
• Update: Updating template...
• Delete failures: Failed to delete template. Try again later

भेजने की समस्याएँ

Send button disabled / Send emails with no count

• Template select
• Valid single emails per cell वाला Recipient column select
• Guard toasts: Configure your recipient column first, Select a template first., No valid recipient emails found in the selected column.

Campaign fails to start

Toast: Failed to create campaign. Please try again.

• Once retry
• Daily quota 0 न हो check
• API connectivity confirm (ऊपर)

Rows show ⚠️ Failed

उस row send error (invalid address, Gmail rejection, transient quota, etc.)। Data fix कर remaining rows new campaign start, या Stopping a campaign देखें।

Test email fails

• Configure your preview first — template + recipient pick ताकि preview To हो
• Failed to send test email. Please check your email settings. — Gmail re-authorize, retry

ट्रैकिंग

• Opens के लिए recipient remote images load करे
• 🔄 Refresh Tracking run — Tracking info synced or No active campaigns expect

~15 seconds से कम ahead times immediate send (🚀 column), deferred 🗓️ schedule नहीं। Future में समय pick करें।
