关于 MailG for Gmail 对话框、发送、配额和账单的常见问题。
安装与打开
如何打开 MailG？
Extensions → MailG for Gmail → 🚀 Start。参见安装。
No email address found in your sheet
向列中添加邮箱，或点击 Fill with mock data。参见启动对话框导览。
Could not reach the MailG API
检查网络 / API URL（自托管：APP_URL + APP_API_KEY）。修复后重新打开对话框。
发送
邮件未发送
检查 Daily quota、Gmail 权限，以及 Recipient column 单元格是否为有效的单个邮箱。失败显示 ⚠️ Failed。
主题合并标签是否有效？
尚未支持。仅正文会合并。保持固定主题或将个性化放在正文中。参见合并标签。
可以附加文件吗？
Attachments 选择器存在于 More options 下，但发送时尚未附加文件。请使用链接。
如何停止活动？
停止活动 — 清除剩余行的可发送状态。
为何 Professional 仍有限制？
MailG 可能允许每天最多 1,500 封，但免费 @gmail.com 通常被 Google 限制在约 500 封。
跟踪
打开后表格仍显示 Sent
🔄 Refresh Tracking → 预期 Tracking info synced。部分客户端从不加载图片。

不跟踪。Track emails = 仅打开。
配额与账单
Schedule send 是否付费？
否。付费解锁更高配额、节奏模式和 Remove branding。
故障排除
逐步修复（API 错误、空表格、发送按钮禁用、失败行、跟踪、配额、定时未延后），参见故障排除。
