FAQ snippets

Is MailG included in Google Workspace?
No. MailG is independent of Google. A Workspace subscription does not include MailG.

What payment methods are accepted?
Major cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay via Stripe. PayPal is not supported.

I paid but still see the free limit / watermark
Almost always an email mismatch. Confirm checkout email = Sheets account email, then reopen the add-on. If it persists, contact support with both emails.

Why is free Gmail limited to about 500 emails per day?
MailG Professional allows up to 1,500 emails per day, but Google itself limits free @gmail.com accounts to roughly 500 sends per day. Google Workspace accounts can go higher. This is a Gmail provider limit, not a MailG limit.
