Email tracking
Track emails with the sidebar switch, in-dialog help copy, sheet statuses, and Refresh Tracking.
MailG can record opens with a tiny invisible pixel.
Enable tracking
In the sidebar, leave Track emails on (default is on for new jobs).

The help icon opens Email tracking:
When enabled, MailG adds a tiny invisible pixel to each email so you can see which messages were opened. Tracking status appears in your sheet campaign column.

Sheet statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🗓️ Scheduled | Waiting for the scheduled start |
| ⏳ Sending… | Currently being processed |
| ✉️ Sent | Delivered to Gmail for that row |
| ⚠️ Failed | Send error for that row |
| 👀 Opened | Open pixel was loaded |
Campaign column headers look like 🚀 Template name (yyyy/MM/dd) or 🗓️ … when scheduled.

Limitations
- Client must load remote images
- Privacy proxies can hide opens
- Opens only — not link clicks
