Attachments
The Attachments picker exists in More options, but files are not attached on send yet — use links instead.
Current status
Under More options you may see an Attachments control. That UI is not wired through to Gmail send today: chosen files are not attached to outbound messages.
Treat attachments as a known gap, not a supported workflow.
Workaround: link the file
Until attachments ship:
- Upload the file to Google Drive (or any public host).
- Share with Anyone with the link → Viewer.
- In the template body, use Insert link with clear text (“Download PDF”, “Open invoice”).
- Confirm with Send me a test email.
Same pattern as Images (links only — no embed control).
What still works without attachments
- Personalized body merge tags
- Preview + test email
- Schedule send, tracking, CC/BCC columns
- Paid pacing and remove branding
Coming later
Real file attachments (and clearer UI when they work) are on the roadmap. Until then, prefer Drive / HTTPS links in the body.
